Raymond S. Bianchi, M.D.graduated Cum Laude from Loyola University. He attended Chicago Medical School and completed his residency at Saint Francis Medical Center in Peoria. A Board Certified Family Practitioner, Dr. Bianchi is affiliated with Advocate Good Shepherd Hospital (Barrington). He is the AMA representative for the medical staff at Good Shepherd Hospital. |

Jeanne M. Caccapola, D.O.graduated as valedictorian from Manhattanville College with a Bachelor of Arts degree in English Literature and moved to Chicago to attend medical school at the Chicago College of Osteopathic Medicine. Having received her Doctorate in Osteopathic Medicine in 2001, she went on to complete her residency training in family medicine at Northwestern University/St. Joseph Hospital in Chicago. She is board certified in Family Medicine. |
